There are different kinds of medicine available to purchase online; prescription medication, over-the-counter treatments, and home remedies.
121Doc offer a prescription service, which means you can order treatments that would generally require a trip to the doctor. Before ordering, they ask that you complete a confidential consultation, which will then be reviewed by one of their in-house doctors.
Please note, any website that allows you to purchase prescription medication without a consultation is operating illegally.
121Doc's consultations include general questions about your health (e.g. blood pressure levels, current and past conditions), as well as specific questions related to your selected treatment. They will also request relevant personal information to complete payment and delivery.
All questions are necessary and your answers and details will not be shared with any third-parties. Only their doctors have access to your medical information.
121Doc can only provide medication to adults over the age of 18. Age verification checks are carried out at the point of ordering to ensure that patients accessing our service are at least 18 years old.
121Doc accept order cancellations as long as your treatment has not been dispensed by the pharmacy. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Customer Services by phone, live chat or email.
If your order has not yet been dispensed, they can arrange for a full refund to be issued. If your treatment has already been dispensed, 121Doc are no longer able to cancel the order. It will be delivered to the requested address.
Unfortunately, they are unable to process any returns of unwanted items as the return of prescription medication is not permitted under UK & EU law.
