31DOVER accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Maestro, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
What are the delivery options?
* You need to order before 4 pm Monday to Friday and you can get next day delivery.
* If you need to have your order delivered on a specific date in the future you can also select this at the checkout.
* You need to order by 4 pm on Friday and you will have your drinks with you on Saturday.
Can I get the delivery in my alternate address?
Yes, you can get the delivery in the alternate address. All you have to do simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Dispatch Email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. You can track the order via the YODEL Tracking Tool - just enter the Tracking Code from your Dispatch Email and Yodel will display the progress of your order. Please note your order may be delivered anytime between 8 am and 9 pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
In case if your bottle is faulty or damaged, you need to contact at [email protected]
and they’ll send you another bottle, an alternative or will refund you your money.
