Was I charged twice for my order?
Your card is only charged once for the amount of the items you purchased when those items are shipped. When an order is placed, they pre-authorize the card to ensure that sufficient funds are available, and to verify account authenticity. The authorization will “drop-off” typically within 3-7 days, depending on your bank.
Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
Taxes are assessed based on the countries that the order is shipping to, not the billing address. If the shipping country assesses tax on retail apparel sales, then you will be charged the appropriate tax on your purchase.
How do I change something on my order?
Unfortunately, they are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please contact their Customer Service department at [email protected]
Once their warehouse has fulfilled the order, they are unable to cancel it.
When will I get my tracking number?
You will be sent a shipping notification e-mail that includes your tracking information once your order ships.
Why did you cancel my order?
On the rare occasion that the item you ordered is out of stock or damaged, Aber Shoes will cancel your order. Aber Shoes assure you that this is not a common occurrence. Your order may also be cancelled due to fraud prevention measures. In either case, you will be notified by them.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to them within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after they receive your return. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to them within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Due to the high volume of orders, you may experience extended processing time up to 15 business days after they receive your return during the holiday seasons.
