Firstly, they recommend checking your tracking number that they sent out by email when your parcel was despatched from their warehouse.

If you believe it has been delivered, check with neighbours, your porch area or in other safe spaces in case the courier has left it there for you.
If it has been over 5 working days, please Contact them and their Customer Service team will happily look into it for you, however once your items have left their warehouse, they have the same tracking information as you do, so they appreciate your patience before contacting them.
Yes you can, however to make sure they have the correct item in stock, they don't offer a traditional exchange service - you'll need to return your item to them and place an order for the correct item.
They’re sorry you need to return your item(s), but fear not, they’ve made it as painless as possible. They have a standard 30 day returns policy, allowing you to return any unused item within 30 days of purchase.
For orders made within the UK, you can use their online returns portal to return your item to them. They do offer subsidised return delivery but there is still a fee for returning your product(s).
If your parcel is larger than 61cms (L) x 46 cm (W) x 46 cm (H) (Royal mail) option) / 41cm x 38cm x 64cm (InPost Sizing) you will need to arrange your own return/courier, and not use the return portal.
If you are returning products in different orders, these must be sent separately and not in the same return package.
Don’t worry, it’s on the way. It can take up to five working days to be processed once they have received your return parcel and then up to five working days for a refund to hit your account, but in most cases it's sooner.
For international refunds this can take up to 14 days.
