How long does delivery take?
All Round Fun hold most of their stock at their Distribution Centre in Manchester and can deliver most items on a Next Working Day service. Delivery times are stated on each individual product page. If you order by 1 pm and the item states "Next Day Delivery Available" you will receive your order the next working day. They will do their utmost to deliver next day if you order after the 1 pm deadline depending on availability.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
You should have received a consignment email with your delivery information after placing your order. This will include a tracking number for you to track your parcel. After checking on the courier website please contact All Round Fun customer services team who will be happy to help track your order.
How do I cancel an order?
All Round Fun operate a 7 day returns policy. You can cancel your order anytime up to 7 working days after the day of purchase. All items must be in their original packed condition and are returned at the buyer's cost. Please contact customer services if you wish to return/cancel an order who will issue a returns number.
