My order has not yet been delivered. What now?

Due to a large amount of traffic at their carrier PostNL, your order may be delivered one or more days later. If you do not receive an order after five delivery days, please contact their customer service.

How do I cancel or return my webshop order?

*Go to the page for canceling or returning the webshop order. Or: *Return the products in one of their 50 Amac Stores. Returning your webshop order via an Amac Store is often the fastest way. Our Apple sales professionals will go through your request with you, take the products back, and ensure the fastest possible handling. Purchase amounts up to GBP 114.68 are refunded in cash at the store with your permission. Amounts over GBP 114.68 will be refunded with the same payment method you used to pay online.

How can I cancel my order?

A store order can be cancelled through the store where the order was placed. Web orders can be cancelled by the Customer Care department via care@amac.nl or 088 - 77 060 00. In most cases, the order can be cancelled if it is not yet being processed by the parcel service. If it is already being processed by the parcel service, the order can be refused when the package is offered. However, composite articles (“Compile Your Mac”) cannot be cancelled.

Can I have my iPhone repaired immediately?

Unfortunately, they cannot repair your iPhone immediately. In most cases, they have to order the necessary parts first. The minimum lead time for this is, therefore, one working day at one of our iOS service points. How do I cancel my iCare insurance?

After the minimum contract period of 3 months, iCare can be cancelled monthly. You can do this by calling Harmony Service Center on 010 - 206 86 73 (local rate).

Why do I receive a quote for my repair?

Amac will use the warranty conditions for all repairs. Defects covered by current and valid replacement programs from Apple itself can also be repaired free of charge. However, if there is a defect that is not covered by the warranty, or if moisture, damage or impact damage has been detected, a quotation will be drawn up. You have the choice to agree to the quotation. If you prefer to opt-out of the repair, you can of course also choose not to agree with the quotation. If you agree, they will repair or replace the product based on the quote. These costs can be settled when you pick up the product. If you do not agree with the offer, only the research costs will be charged (if they have not yet been paid when the product is returned). The product will then be returned unrepaired.
