What is Amara shipping policy?

• For orders under £70, standard UK delivery is £6, and for orders of £70 or over, delivery is free. Within 3-5 business days, your order will be delivered.
• The cost of Next Working Day delivery in the UK is £12. If you order before 15:00 (BST) on a working day, your order will be delivered the same day and should arrive the next day. Amara offers a Two Working Day service for some UK postcodes; check the list below for details.
• The cost of Nominated Day delivery in the UK is £12. Your order will be dispatched and delivered on a date that you specify up to 2 weeks after it is ordered. Weekend delivery is not included in the Nominated Day option.

Click & Collect

Your order will be delivered to the DPD Pickup location of your choice and will be available on the collection date from 12 noon (Mon-Sat). The transit period from the time your order is placed is normally 2-3 working days. You’ll get an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and information about your preferred Pickup site, including its address and hours of operation. You’ll be notified through email or SMS when your order is ready to pick up, and all you need to do is bring your Pickup Pass and photo ID to get it. Orders are held for up to 7 days so you may pick them up when it’s convenient for you.

What is Amara returns policy?

Returning an item(s) from outside the UK is simple and straightforward. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Each item you return must be fresh, unopened, and in saleable condition in its original packing. Please keep in mind that Amara do not pay for return postage.

It’s important to understand that you don’t need an AMARA account to file a refund. All you’ll need is your order number (don’t forget the R- at the start) and the postcode you specified on your order.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact Amara’s Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos, a description of the damage/fault, and images of the packing so that Amara can assist you further.

What is Amara refunds policy?

All returns will be processed within three working days. When Amara have processed your return and delivered a refund to the payment method used to place the order, Amara will send you an email.

Returns of Oversized Furniture

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your large furniture.

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and resalable condition when returned to Amara. Amara reserve the right to refund the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount if the item is not returned in completely saleable condition.

Damaged or faulty items must be reported to Domestic Distribution and signed for as damaged/faulty at the time of delivery. You are solely liable for the goods if they are signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty.
