What should I do with my discount code?
Simply add any applicable items to your basket and enter the discount into the discount code box to get a discount code. The discount code box can be found in your basket.
Can Amara assist me with a discount code that isn’t working?
There may be a minimum spend requirement, specific goods may be excluded, or the discount may not be usable when combined with other offers or discounts.
What is the best way to locate a VAT invoice for my order?
By login into your AMARA account and selecting the ‘My Orders’ link, you may view your VAT invoice. You may examine your order and obtain a PDF VAT invoice from this page: Please keep in mind that you will only be able to retrieve your invoice after your order has been shipped from Amara‘s warehouse.
Is it possible to place an order over the phone?
Yes! All you need is a valid email address and a credit/debit card to place an order with one of Amara‘s trained Customer Care advisers over the phone.
Is it possible to order or reserve an item that is currently out of stock?
There are a few things that can be ordered while they are out of stock; check individual product pages to see if your item is one of them. While most items cannot be ordered when they are out of stock, you may sign up to get an email reminder when they become available again.
I placed an order but have yet to receive confirmation?
Amara will send you a confirmation email to the address you supplied when you place a purchase. If you have not received your confirmation email, please log in to your AMARA account using the same email address that you used to place the transaction; select the ‘My orders’ page to view the status of your order.
Will the pricing be printed on the papers or the items in the package?
Please be assured that Amara‘s orders do not include any pricing or billing information. Amara write the delivery name and the items ordered on the dispatch notice.
When I placed my order, I provided the incorrect email address?
This is something Amara can change for you. Please contact Amara as soon as possible with your order number, your address’s first line, and your proper email address.
How do I return a product if I’m self-isolating?
Due to restrictions relating to Covid-19, if you are unable to return an unwanted item within the advised return period on Amara‘s Returns & Refunds page, Amara will accept a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of Amara‘s returns policy, such as being in new and unused condition in their original packaging and a resaleable condition.
Is it possible to have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes. AMARA provides a high-end gift-wrapping service. If your item(s) is/are eligible for this service, it will be gift wrapped in a luxury black crocodile textured paper and finished with an embossed cream satin ribbon.
What kind of packaging is used for orders?
Amara are working hard at AMARA to create a greener, more sustainable firm, and Amara are making improvements where Amara can. Amara‘s cartons are all 100 per cent recyclable, and the bulk of them are made entirely of recycled materials.
What is the procedure for placing an order?
It’s simple to place an order with Amara; all you need is a valid email address, and you can pay with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Klarna. Alternatively, you can contact Amara and Amara will place the order for you.
