They accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, JCB and PayPal.
Which shipping method do you use?
Shipping method is determined by the seller and is based on the area you live in and what shipping methods are available to your area at the time your order is placed. No expedited shipping is available. If you are unable to receive a certain carrier please contact them before placing your order. The shipping methods they use are UPS, USPS and FedEx. It is the seller’s discretion to decide which shipping method is appropriate for your order.
How do I check my order status?
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email from them notifying you of this update and it will contain your tracking number. so that they may provide you with your tracking number and further help if needed.
My order was damaged, defective, missing items or wrong item received. What do I do?

with a clear photo attached to the item(s) you received so that they can review your request for a replacement. After review and confirmation, they will replace or reship your damaged/ defective/ missing item(s) immediately.
What about refunds and exchanges?
All refunds and exchanges will be honoured per their company policy. Nothing will change.
How can I return the item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same like-new condition in which it was received. Your item must be returned to them in the original packaging.
