I need to change my booking. What to do?
If you need to change your booking before your tickets have been dispatched, please inform them as soon as possible, any changes to your booking are subject to a £25 admin charge (per booking) and will take effect once they have responded to your request. Remember: If you are changing your attraction tickets, you need to be aware that the difference in price between the tickets in question may increase closer to the date of your departure, therefore try to contact them as soon as possible.
