What is the payment method?
bareMinerals accepts VISA Debit, VISA Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, VISA Electron and PayPal for online order payments.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, they will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance. Unless they have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your (see Cancellations), our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and them will take place when they have dispatched the goods ordered by you (again via email confirming your items have been dispatched).
The order confirmation email is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.

Does your company test on animals or contain animal ingredients?
Please feel at ease when using bareMinerals products as they do not test any products on animals. bareMinerals also do not work with any manufacturers that do animal testing.
bareMinerals natural haired brushes are made of Goat and Pony. Please note that no animals are harmed in the process of making their brushes. For their customers who chose not to use animal haired brushes, they do offer a variety of high-end synthetic brushes.

How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
All Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal instalments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Clearpay to make your payments early. Cleary will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log into your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
What are the cancelling/modifying orders?
bareMinerals order process is automated to dispatch products quickly and accurately. Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place Order” on the Review Order page in Checkout. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. To attempt to cancel your order during processing please call them at 0800 652 3362 (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with their returns policy. For more information on returns, please visit their Returns section.
