What is the return policy?
To return an item you can
1. Print a Label at home using www.returnmyshopping.ie and bring the package to the Post Office - Cost €4.50
2. You can organize to return your purchase, all from your smartphone, by downloading the ReturnPal app (Collection or Bring to Post Office) - Cost €4.50
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact their Customer Services team for advice on 01 2042749 between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow their Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
What if I receive faulty goods?
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to them within 24 hours by phone or email so they can collect and resend.
