Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Belle and Bloom ships Internationally.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, the Belle and Bloom system will send you an email with your parcels tracking information. This normally takes between 1 – 2 days after order placement.
Are there any goods on which returns are not available?
Belle & Bloom will not accept the return of items under the returns policy under any circumstances:
1. Any sale or voucher items
2. Items not purchased through Belle and Bloom
3. Once your return is received and inspected by their warehouse (Usually around 72 hours of receipt) your refund/exchange will be processed and credit/s will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days and you will get a confirmation email.
What do I do if I’m unsatisfied with a product I’ve purchased?
If you receive a product from them and have purchased it from this website and you are not completely satisfied with the size, colour, style etc Belle and Bloom is more than happy to exchange the items purchased provided they are returned to them in original and new condition and within 21 days of you receiving the shipment.
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to them. Belle and Bloom will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you on the first exchange however any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. You will be charged for the additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to Belle and Bloom by the specified time period, however, they will notify you prior to charging you for the outstanding item. This condition applies to Australia wide only. International orders will be charged reshipping fees.
Unfortunately, Belle and Bloom cannot accept responsibility for any problems occurring in transit with products returned to them. The total amount for the items returned and accepted will be refunded to the card holder’s credit card on which the original payment was made. The amount refunded will be made in Australian Dollars as per your original purchase.
