Can I change my order? What is the return policy?
They want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not pleased then you can return an item(s) within 30 days of purchase, simply visit https://bikezaar.myreturnscenter.com to request an exchange or a refund. They will then be in touch to confirm what to do.
I am missing an item from my order, what to do?
If they have not notified you about why an item is missing, then please contact them.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Check the tracking code that is sent to you to see where the delivery is with the courier service. If this does not help, please contact them and they will find out why and where it is.
When will I receive my order?
On every product page, there is a ‘Delivery & Returns’ tab and here it will say about estimated delivery times. You will also receive a tracking number when the order is shipped. The tracking code will give you an indication of when the item will arrive.
Do you offer a student discount?
At this current time, they do not offer student discounts.
