How do I request for my account information to be removed in line with GDPR regulations?
You can request that your account is removed from their system. To do this please contact them at [email protected]
and they can walk you through the process. To help them process your request quickly and efficiently, please confirm your full name, shipping address and the order number of your last purchase.

Where do you deliver?
BIRCHBOX currently ship to the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately, they are unable to ship to any other countries from the UK at this time. To see their international sites please refer to Birchbox France, Birchbox Spain or Birchbox US.
Do you accept international payments?
Unfortunately, BIRCHBOX system is not currently set up to be able to facilitate international payments with domestic dispatching in the UK. You could attempt to put the transaction through - leaving the country field as the UK. This does sometimes work but it’s dependent on the bank you are with and the authorisation systems. Alternatively, you could ask a friend or family member who does have a UK registered card in the UK to place the order for you.
How do I make a return?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or Monthly Birchbox, you can return products to Birchbox for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please fill out the below returns form here and include in your return. You can generate a returns label with Royal Mail by following this link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3279
