Which payment methods do you offer?
Blow Ltd accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note, they do not accept cash payments. This ensures a quick and easy booking checkout for you as the customer and creates a safe environment for their blow LTD professionals. If you’d like to tip your pro in cash this is fine.
What is your cancellation policy?
They operate a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking with over 12 hours notice you will receive a full refund. Please note, refunds are processed instantly but may take 2-3 days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank provider. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment. This also applies to any last minute (within 12 hours) changes to the time or location of the booking, as your professional will have already set the time aside in their schedule for your booking. In this instance, please contact their Customer Service team they can contact your professional and see if they can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if they are not able to, you will still be charged the full price of your appointment.
How do I return my product order?
Contact their team at Customer Services to notify them that you’re sending something back and to get your returns code. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please be advised that they are only able to refund goods that are returned to them in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition. Fill in the returns note enclosed with your original order and enter the returns code you have been given by Customer Services. You also need to indicate on this form whether you would like a refund. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the completed form is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

When will my refund be processed?
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Blow Ltd as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 2-3 working days after they have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
