Their masks are NOT made in or otherwise from China. Boldfacd are proud to have an exclusive partnership with a family-owned, fair-wage paying manufacturer that meets their guidelines for quality and sustainability, All masks are hand-cut and hand-sewn. All of their shipments, custom screen-printing, and embroidery services are fulfilled locally in their hometown of Indianapolis to keep their valued employees working. Boldfacd employ 15+ full time employees at their US-based facility.
Boldfacd put the health and safety of our customers first. For these reasons and because of the possibility of compromise, they don’t accept returns and they NEVER sell returned products. All sales are final because of this.
Their masks are artisan-crafted (hand cut and hand sewn). Boldfacd do have a strict quality control inspection in place; however, some masks may vary in size due to this and this is not considered a “defect” in the mask(s).
If you feel you have a defective product, please contact them within 14 days to discuss. If they do grant an exchange because of a defect in sewing, they will issue a credit on your account for an exchange. Due to safety concerns, they DO NOT accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
