Bottle Bling accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.
How long will my orders take?
All Bottle Bling orders are handmade so depends on your chosen delivery time frame. They try and get all orders out faster than expected delivery times. This may vary depending on busier times. Delivery days are a guide and if delays occur this will not be the responsibility of Bottle Bling. The postal system can sometimes have unexpected delays and these may affect delivery dates and times.
How will my bling be posted?
All BLING is heavily wrapped in bubble wrap, with added Eco flow air packaging in a large box, Bottle Bling team take great pride in making sure everything is a wrap for protection, they are currently using DHL for delivery.
Will I get a refund for my products?
Bottle Bling do not accept exchanges or refunds on any personalised items. Any order placed using a discount code or purchased in the Bottle Bling sale is classed as a discounted item and is non-refundable. If your order is placed on a next day delivery option they cannot cancel this as it will have gone to production.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bottle Bling operate a £4.99 cancellation charge on all orders. Order can only be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed. The charge is to cover operational costs. Items purchased in SALE cannot be cancelled.
What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
If you have been delivered faulty or damaged goods, please contact via Bottle Bling contact them page stating your order number, within 5 days from the delivery date.
