Can I track my order?
Boutique 1 courier service will keep you updated on the status of your order from dispatch to delivery, as well as give you the option of adjusting your delivery time slot.
When will my refund will process?
All refunds will be processed as per the original payment method (excluding shipping costs, international customs duties, and other taxes where applicable). Taxes and duties will not be refunded in case of returns on orders shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Refunds will be issued after confirmation of these charges has been received from the courier service. Gift returns will be compensated by means of exchange, store credit, or gift cards.
Can I exchange the item?
If you wish to exchange your purchase, it will first be processed as a return and refund subject to our returns policy and a separate purchase for the new item will be generated. Return requests can be made online through your account or by contacting their customer care team on
[email protected] What if I received a faulty/damaged item?
All items are quality checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please let them know as soon as possible by contacting their customer care team or writing a short description of the issue on your returns note. Please follow the returns procedure for them to issue a refund on your purchase. Please note all faulty returns are accepted at the discretion of Boutique 1.
What is your return policy?
They hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied, they offer free returns and exchanges providing returned items to meet their policy. To make a return please make sure you request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order. You can request this number by signing into your online account or directly getting in touch with their customer care team (details below). Items must be returned to them within 14 days of receiving your RAN in an unused condition and with all tags intact and attached.
