How do I return an Item?
* To print your return label click here.
* Enter your Order ID & email address. Select the items you want to return and print the return label generated.
* Fill out the Return Form enclosed in your order and pack it with the item(s) you are returning. Or download and print the Return Form here.
* Affix the return label on the outside of the package, ensuring to cover up any old labels.
* Drop off your package at a local post office.
How can I exchange a product that has a defect?
Bravado Designs will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any of their products within 45 days of product purchase. Defects may extend to clips (that are broken, will not stay closed, or will not open), stitching, defects in fabric and/or trims, etc. Some defects only appear with wear. Bravado Designs may replace defective bra merchandise that has been washed and/or worn (provided it is returned within 45 days of purchase). Each garment will be evaluated for defects by their Quality Assurance Department and any garment received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. stains) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 3-4 weeks to complete the processing of returns and refunds, and it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your card. Bravado Designs reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.
