What is the return policy?
They offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to them within 30 days for a prompt refund, or you may exchange the item for an item of equal or lesser value.
* All items must be in their original condition. Please return items in their original shrink wrap.
* They are willing to make exceptions as needed, as long as the item has not been written in or shows no signs of usage such as creases, folds, etc.
* All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to ensure that they are not creased or otherwise damaged in the return shipment.
* You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price minus original shipping charges.
* Their goal is to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving them back in their warehouse. During the peak, holiday season, please allow up to 7 days for additional, holiday volume.
* Calendars.com is not responsible for lost returns.
* Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
