Is there any fee to integrate the Canva Button?
For ordinary implementations, the Canva Button is free to integrate and use. If your organization plans to use the Canva Button to produce designs for selling print services, or charge customers for use of the Canva Button, you will need to contact our team for approval and review.
Is the Canva Button available on mobile?
They are currently available on web platforms, so the Canva Button will work on your mobile website responsively. their team is working hard to make their native SDKs available soon for integration into iOS and Android devices.
What if the trial period expired and wasn’t cancelled?
When you upgrade to Canva Pro for the first time, you’re given a one-time free trial. If you don’t cancel the subscription during the trial period, your registered payment option will be immediately charged on the day the trial ends.
To stop further charges, please cancel your Canva Pro trial subscription from the web or mobile app (Android or iOS) depending on where you first availed the trial.
What is the refund policy?
You may cancel your Canva account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event that Canva suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any credits, any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
