CBII products are suitable for people over the age of 18.
Hoe long it will take for my package to arrive?
It depends on the delivery option you select when placing your order. Free standard shipping will take 2-3 days, however, if you would like your CBII sooner they offer 24 hours express shipping too. For express shipping, please make sure you place your order before 2 pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes, keep an eye out for an email from CBII once you’ve placed an order. It will contain a tracking number so you know when you can expect your order to arrive.
How can I return my order?
* They understand that occasionally you may change your mind or want to return an item to them. If you wish to return it to them, please send it to the below address within 14 days of delivery in its original condition e.g. kept in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.
* Please note that they cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.

* Please note that they are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. When you return the items back, please make sure you include a note with your order number, name, and the reason for return.
When will I get my refund?
* Once your goods have been returned to them, they will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
* Please allow up to 10 days from the day they received the item for the refund to be received into your account. The length of time for the refund is also dependant on how long it takes your bank to process the payment.
* If you have opened and part-consumed your product, then they are not able to change it for another product or offer a refund.
Can I exchange an item?
* They are unable to offer an exchange of items or items once your order has been dispatched, but providing that the returns guidelines have been met, they will refund you for any returned goods, and then you can purchase your chosen item.
* For orders that have not a dispatch confirmation email from their warehouse yet, please contact Them at [email protected] and they will endeavour to amend your order as quickly as they can.
* If your order has been processed by the time they receive your request, they will not be able to amend your order. Please note that their warehouse staff do not operate outside of their office hours and therefore your order may have been processed by the time the request is reviewed.
