What forms of payment do you accept?
CheapAir accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, and PayPal.
How can I change a flight I have booked?
If you need to change your ticketed flights, such as the dates, destinations, or times, your ticket must be reissued. In most cases, airlines will charge a fee for exchanging a ticket. The typical reissue fee charged by the airline is $150 for a domestic ticket, $200 or more for an international ticket.
Please note that CheapAir (along with all travel agencies and websites) does not control the fees set by the airline and has no authority to waive them.
Can I cancel my tickets and get a refund?
Most tickets are not refundable once they are paid for and ticketed. If you have purchased a ticket and do not plan to travel as scheduled, please call their Customer Support Line where one of their representatives can explain your options.
How do I get my confirmation for travel insurance?
After travel insurance is requested, whether through the CheapAir website or by booking with one of their agents, an email will be sent by the provider Travel Guard within 48 hours.
