What is the payment method?
Chessington Holidays accepts Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Paypal & Apple Pay.
Can I upgrade my hotel room?
If you would like to upgrade your room type please contact Chessington Holidays Guest Experience Team, who will be able to look into this for you. This will incur extra charges, however, they will only know the cost at the time of the request. All rooms and prices are subject to availability.
How do I cancel my booking?
Chessington Holidays hopes that doesn’t happen, however, if you need to cancel your booking, this must be done through their Guest Experience team, and they will need to speak to the lead name on the booking. If you have not taken out their cancellation waiver, you will have to pay cancellation fees which will be stated at the time of canceling your booking and can be found in {brand] terms and conditions. They cannot cancel any bookings within 36 hours of your stay date.
Can I change my booking?
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify them as soon as possible. Whilst they will endeavor to assist, they cannot guarantee they will be able to meet any such requests. All amendments must be made through Holiday Extras. Any alteration requested within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to Chessington or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges set out in clause 6.
