Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Unlike other online stores, having an account is mandatorily in order for you to place an order, so you need to have a Star Shopper account. Once you have registered, you will immediately enjoy the many attractive benefits offered.
Can I order by phone?
For now, you cannot place an order for you by phone. Nonetheless, if you had problems checking out, make sure to contact Chow Sang Sang Customer Service and one of their representatives will guide you through the whole process.
Can I modify an order?
You can only amend your order through contacting Customer Service immediately.
Can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order, make sure to do that before it’s dispatched from our warehouse. Contact Customer Service immediately if you wish to cancel your order to avoid any problems that may occur.
What size do I choose?
Click ‘Size Guide’ button in the Product Page, and then you will find information on how to determine your size. If you need more help, please contact them on their contact page.
What if the product or size I want is out of stock?
If that happened, make sure to click the ‘RESERVE IN STORE’ button on the Product Page and complete the form. You will be contacted shortly after to help you find a piece that matches your requirements.
Can I order a gift online?
The process of ordering a gift online is very easy. Simply choose your gift item and proceed to checkout. Following that, you can add a personalised message which will be printed on a gift card. Finally, the jewellery and gift card will be securely delivered to you.
