How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order once placed, please let them know as soon as possible and no later than 15 minutes after your original order has been placed. Contact their customer service team on 01522 701577 with your order reference.
As they try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible circa cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. If your order has already been processed your order will be delivered to you as per your confirmation and you will need to go through their returns procedure to send your item(s) back to them for a refund.
How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size simply check the New Size box on your Returns Note and enter the new size.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once circa receives your return, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process. If after 7 days your refund has not appeared in your account and they have not contacted you please get in touch stating your order number and returned item(s). View their full Returns Policy here.
Can I get a refund of my delivery charges when I return something?
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have 14 calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with them and they will provide a full refund for the products you have purchased and the standard delivery charge. Please note this only applies to the return of full orders and if a premium/express delivery service is used, you will only be entitled to a refund of their standard delivery charge. Can I amend my order?
As they try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible they cannot amend your order once placed. Unless canceled and another order is placed, it will be delivered to you as per your confirmation and you will need to go through their returns procedure to send your item(s) back to them.
Can I amend my delivery address?
Due to their strict security procedures, they are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been placed. Instead, if you would like your items delivered to a new address your current order will need to be canceled and a new order placed with the correct address. As they try to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible they cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled. If your order has already been processed your order will be delivered to you as per your confirmation.
