What if I received the faulty items?
If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify them in writing by emailing [email protected] detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a return number if applicable.
Goods will ONLY be accepted back for an exchange if the above procedure has been followed.
What is your return policy?
In the first instance please email

If they have agreed that you can return goods, they must be returned to CODE Beautiful Ltd, Piccadilly House, 49 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2AP after they have provided you with a returns number which you must write clearly on the packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a returns number and your contact details. Failure to specify your returns number may result in them being unable to process your return. Postage will be at your own cost and we would advise you to get a certificate of postage as proof of posting. Once they have received your items back unopened you will be refunded within 7 working days. For cosmetics there must be NO use to the products whatsoever and the box must be unopened and intact.
