Dango Products offers a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the original purchase from Dango or any authorized Dango dealer. Dango Products will either repair or replace the watch, at their discretion if the watch is deemed defective. The warranty doesn’t cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Damage caused by not securely fastening the strap and/or locking mechanism is not covered. Damage caused by not properly sealing the case back and/or crown is not covered. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests. Dango has the option to deny a warranty claim or repair request if a watch shows evidence of excessive wear and/or misuse.

Dango Products will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Original receipts, email addresses, and products are required to complete returns. Within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s), they will refund the purchase price, minus the outbound shipping charges. Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc. 3rd party purchases must adhere to 3rd party policies.
