D’IYANU accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Why have I still not received my order?
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact D’IYANU at [email protected]
Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.
I received my item and there seems to be a dark mark or stickiness on the fabric, what is this?
D’IYANU apologize in the case that you may receive an item with a sticker patch. Their fabrics come with seals on them from the manufacturer, which show their authenticity, and they work their hardest to remove them before shipping out their items. However, occasionally they cannot be completely removed without washing, so you may see the mark from the sticker on your item. They are not permanent and will come out.
What is the refund policy?
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for the payment to reflect in your account. For PayPal payments, please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to reflect back into your account.
What is the exchange policy?
D’IYANU accept exchanges within 45 days after your order was delivered to you. If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. No refunds, no exceptions only 1 exchanges will be allowed per order.
