When will my order be despatched?
Place your order before 3 pm for same-day despatch, provided the items are in stock. Orders made after 3 pm will be despatched on the next working day. Please note that they don’t despatch during weekends and bank holidays. For more information please check their Delivery & Returns page.
When will I receive my order?
An estimated delivery lead time can be found next to each product on their website before ordering. Standard delivery is between 3 to 5 working days, provided the items are in stock, for Mainland Uk, or 5 to 7 working days for the Channel Islands. Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

If an item is faulty, what should I do?
If an item is faulty please contact them on 0333 030 0777 and they will arrange a collection and send you a replacement or a refund.
What is your returns policy?
Easylife Group supply goods meeting your consumer rights, so if you are not 100% satisfied then neither are they, so get in touch. If you cancel orders within 14 days of receipt you will receive a refund of the cost of the goods and the original p&p. Opened consumables, hygiene, perishable, personalized, or (part) assembled goods are excluded from your right to cancel.
