I need the product tomorrow. Can I order expedited delivery?
Equestrian Co aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. E.g. if you order an item on Monday, most likely it will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders sent with their expedited delivery service takes an additional 1 - 2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
That’s not a problem, but please make sure that:
* Your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If it has - you can return it for a refund following our returns policy.
* If you’ve ordered a personalised or a made to order item, please make sure that the manufacturing process hasn’t begun.
I’ve received a faulty / incorrect / wrong product. How do I return it?

Can I exchange my order?
Exchanging a product is easy. Instead of waiting for them to receive your unwanted item, you can simply place a new order for the required product which will be dispatched immediately, you can then return the unwanted product at any time within a 30 day period and they will issue a refund. Alternatively, you can return your unwanted item to them, wait for a refund (which can take up to 5 - 10 business days) and then re-order.
