What is the payment method?
The following methods of payment are accepted by getcomposting.com:
*Online: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or VISA Electron
*By phone: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or VISA Electron
*By post: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or VISA Electron, cheque or postal order.
They do not accept American Express, PayPal cards or any other prepaid card.
What is the delivery charge?
Their delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the items and quantities ordered.
Standard delivery charges:
*Orders up to the value of £9.99 charged at £2.99
*Orders at the value of £10.00 and over are charged at £5.99 per order
Post-codes outside their Standard Delivery area as follows: JE, ZE, AB, BT, IM, KW, PA, PH, IV, HS, GY.
What is the return policy?
They carefully pack all orders prior to dispatch and they hope you are delighted with the items that you have chosen. If there is a problem with your delivery they will be pleased to offer you an exchange or a refund. Please call their freephone customer care line on 0800 316 4454 within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
When returning goods, please ensure they are returned in either the original or appropriate packaging. Please include the delivery note or enclose a letter detailing your full name and address and order number if you know it.
If you are not 100% delighted with the products they deliver to you they are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please call them on 0800 316 4454 within 30 days of receipt and they will advise you on how to return your goods. If their couriers are required to collect the goods, a collection charge of up to £10 per parcel and up to £50 per pallet may apply.
Do you provide a guarantee in your product?
Many of their larger items come with a 5 year or 7-year guarantee as specified in the product description. If the product fails within this time period, they will replace it for you. Please contact their customer care team on 0800 316 4454 for further information.
