Experience Days accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Paypal.

Generally, only voucher orders can be made online. Bookings would need to be made over the phone unless the experience has a Book and Go symbol attached. That means they would have allocated spaces for certain dates that can be booked online.

If an experience is canceled by the center due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the weather or equipment malfunction, you would simply be entitled to reschedule the date. A valid ticket has been generated, so you would not be entitled to a refund.

Once an experience has been booked, this secures the booking and means that it can no longer be changed. However, if your experience is canceled by the center due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to re-schedule for an appropriate date

If you haven't yet confirmed a booking you must use your voucher prior to the expiry date. If your voucher has not yet expired and you need some more time to recover, you can extend this for another 12 months until you're ready. If, however, you have already confirmed a booking, you will need to contact the Partner Centre to see if they can help organize a new time and date. Unfortunately, refunds are not available after you have redeemed a voucher online.
