What is IdealFit return policy?

You may return your order within 1 year of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. They do not refund shipping costs. If the return is a result of their error, they will gladly pay the return shipping costs (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you have ordered more than two tubs, all other tubs need to be shipped back unopened in order to receive the refund. They do not offer refunds on samples.
