Do you ship internationally?
Yes. iKRIX ships Internationally.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times begin one business day after your order is confirmed and ready for shipment: you will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. Visit “My Order” page on your iKRIX account to check the most up-to-date status of your order. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9 am-5 pm.
What is your duties & taxes policy?
Sales tax and duties are included in all prices on their website. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier. If you are ordering from within the European Union, import duties will not be applicable. For all other countries, these are included at the checkout. What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, you can return the item(s) purchased within 14 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Returns across the EU are free. The item(s) purchased must be returned complete (with the identification tag still attached to the products and with the disposable seal) and unused, in their original packaging as the latter is an integral part to the product, in iKRIX’s original packaging and must include all their components, labels, iKRIX tear-resistant tag(s), accessories, if any, and tax documents. Make sure the product is not worn nor modified in any way. Please return the products in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as iKRIX has received the returned product(s) and checked that they meet all requirements for us to accept the return, the refund process will be started immediately and you will be informed by e-mail of the reimbursement.
