Delivery
Unfortunately, Kong’s couriers do not deliver on weekends. Orders made after 3:00 pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday and orders made after 3:00 pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. This also excludes Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, Kong’s couriers do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Public Holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, and New Years Day are all excluded from next working day delivery. That means that if customers order on the day before the public holiday starts, their parcel will not arrive until the day after the public holiday finishes (Next working day).
Returns
If customers are not fully happy with the goods they have received, these can be returned to Kong within 28 days of receipt, providing they are in their original resalable condition.
Once returned, customers will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
Kong are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to statutory rights as a consumer. Customers should please enclose a note with their goods and make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as Kong cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Kong suggest that customers make a note of the shipping reference given when they send the item back. This will allow for the parcel to be tracked at every stage of delivery, including when Kong receive it.

Exchanges
Kong aims to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. Once the return has been processed and provided Kong have the exchange items in stock, customers should receive them within 3 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.
Kong do not pay for return postage on items that are unsuitable, however, they will send any replacement items to customers for a flat fee of £6 (UK Only).
Should customers be returning a faulty item for a refund, Kong will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

How do I check if an item is in stock?
If an item is available to order online then it's 70% certain to be in stock. However, from time to time and particularly with some of their more popular items, due to the high rate of sales both in-store and online, there may be some discrepancies. Kong will inform customers as soon as possible, via email, if a product is out of stock. How do I know if my order was successful?
Customers will receive an automated email to confirm their order has been received and is being processed. This means the payment was successful. Customers will not receive an order confirmation if their payment method has failed. Customers will receive a further dispatch confirmation email once their order has been packed and is ready to leave the store.
Can I track my item?
Customers will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as their order has been processed. This email will also contain the tracking number.
Part of my order is missing or incorrect?
If an item is missing from the order please contact Kong’s customer services team via email with the order number and the name of the missing item. Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?
