Can I request a refund or cancellation of my personalized book?
They can cancel your order in the following situations:
*During the first 20 hours after payment of your order (except when ordering by express).
*If they have been unable to deliver your order to you within a period of 35 days after placing your order.
*In the event that you notice damage to your product, please report it to them as soon as possible (inspect the product upon receipt or within 14 days of receipt). If you wish to be reimbursed, you must notify them by email, as well as send them photos as proof of damage to the following address: [email protected]

How can I track my personalized book?
Once your personalized book has been printed, you will be notified by email when it has been sent. Unfortunately, the delivery method of your book does not allow tracking of it. To benefit from a tracking link, they invite you to select the express delivery option, in which case, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping email. How can I correct an error made when placing the order?
If you notice an error on the selected character, the given name or the spelling of your personal dedication, you have 20 hours after payment of your order to notify them of any error. Once this period has elapsed, they will no longer be able to make changes or cancel your order.
