Can I order different amounts of packets than what is offered on the site?
You can only order in quantities of 15, 30, or 45 packets of a single product. If you’re looking to order more than 45 packets of a single product, please contact our support team here.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account. On the “My Subscriptions” tab, under the Shipping Address located to the left side of the page click “Edit”. A sidebar will appear to the right side of the page, click “Update”.
How do I update my payment information?
Log into your account. On the “Account Details” tab, click the “Edit” button to the right of the Payment Method section to update your payment information. This will open a new tab that will take you to a secure page where you can input your new card information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account. Click on the “Account Details” tab and go to the “My Subscriptions” section on the lower left side. Click “Cancel Plan” to cancel your entire subscription. If you want to cancel only one product from your subscription, please contact our Member Care Team.
When will my order arrive?
All orders received before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET will ship the next business day.
For international orders, your order should deliver within 7-14 business days. They will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What is the Ladder’s return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, they offer a 30-day money-back, quality guarantee for all customers. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
