Please make sure that a copy of the Post Office receipt that is issued is kept (it will include the return tracking number), as without this, Lady Vintage cannot take responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post.

If customers are returning their order using an alternative service, please make sure that the value of the goods is covered by the relevant insurance. Please note that return postage charges are not refundable in any circumstances should customers not use the Free UK Returns portal.

Lady Vintage request that all returns are neatly folded and returned in a saleable condition, with all tags attached and free from odour (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc). If items have been worn or damaged, Lady Vintage reserve the right not to refund. This does not affect any statutory rights.

Customers will usually receive their refund within 3 working days following Lady Vintage’s receipt of the returned package, however, during busy times it may take up to 7 working days.

Exchanges

If customers wish to exchange any items from their order, please return the order to Lady Vintage with a copy of the invoice. Customers should please make sure that they state which dress and size they require on the Returns Form.

Lady Vintage does not charge any additional postage for exchanges on full-priced items within the UK but any Sale items returned for exchange will be subject to a redelivery charge.

All exchanges are posted with UK Standard Delivery (if customers require the Express Delivery they should please re-order and return their item(s) for a refund). Customers will receive an email notification when their return is received and when their exchange has been dispatched.

Please note that Lady Vintage is unable to reserve items for exchange.
