Can I exchange my order?
Lane Bryant do their best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since their systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order once it is placed. However, to ensure your satisfaction, you may easily return your Lane Bryant order to any Lane Bryant store or use the return label from your packing slip for a shipment return.

How can I return the item?
* Contact their Customer Service team at 00-1-954-970-2205 or send an email contacting them within 45 days from the date your package shipped.
* Ask for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
* You will be emailed your Return Merchandise Authorization label and directions. Please follow the three steps provided in the email titled Return Merchandise Authorization Received.
Note: Return shipping costs to the international return destination are your responsibility and will be deducted from your return refund. The return will be made at the same exchange rate as the time of purchase, and your refund will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
