What payment methods do you accept?
Lip Monthly accepts Amex, Apple pay, Google pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa, and Shop pay.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your first Bag immediately when you sign up. Thereafter, all of your recurring charges will fall on the 1st of the month.
Note: If you sign up on, or before, the monthly cut-off date (the 15th), your 2nd charge will fall on the 1st of the following month. If you sign up on, or after, the monthly cut-off date (the 15th), your next charge will not take place on the 1st of the following month, but the month after that. For example, if you sign up on April 15th, your 2nd charge will fall on May 1st. Alternatively, if you sign up on April 18th, your 2nd charge will fall on June 1st. How does your cancellation policy work?
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you may do so immediately at any time. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be re-billed. Please note: you will still receive any bags that you already paid for.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please log in to your Lip Monthly account and you will see your active subscription. Click ‘Cancel’, provide a reason for cancelling and include any additional reasons why you’re cancelling.
What is your refund policy?
Lip Monthly do not give refunds. Once your payment is received, you will receive the corresponding bag to that payment. You can cancel any time without restrictions and you will not be charged again. However, you will still receive any bags that you are owed.
Lip Monthly is a recurring billing service - they make it very clear that your subscription plans will renew according to your plan type so that you are not confused about this.
