Local PCR accepts all of the major Credit and Debit Cards.
Can I book an appointment if I experience COVID-19 symptoms?
Please do not book an appointment if you are currently displaying Covid-19 symptoms. Please refer to the NHS website for more information on testing when displaying symptoms.
Can I cancel my appointment?
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on their calendar that is no longer available to their other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call them as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, they require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Local PCR understands that travel plans can change at short notice, so they try their best to support their patients during these uncertain times. Appointments can be rescheduled where possible before the appointment slot without incurring any charges.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
If you are late for your appointment, you may be turned away in order to ensure other patients can be seen on time.
