What is Lola Getts‘s return policy?
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Returns sent after this time will not be honoured.
When can we expect a refund?
It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement. Lola Getts will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase.
What is Lola Getts‘s cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email the customer service representative at customerservice@lolagetts.com as soon as possible. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to them. In this case, please refer to Lola Getts‘s return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange an item for another colour or size or different style, email them at customerservice@lolagetts.com. Lola Getts will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return. They will ship the exchange to you at your expense.
What if I receive any damage or faulty item?
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify them via email within 4 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in case of damage. They will email you a USPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn’t been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached.
