How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on NaturallySeriousSkin.com are shipped directly from their warehouse using FedEx and UPS services. The Naturally Serious system determines which courier will deliver your order the quickest based on your shipping address.
What I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to Naturally Serious, they will gladly replace the item(s). Please send them an email at email@example.com and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.
Can I make an exchange?
NaturallySeriousSkin.com is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.
How do I return an item?
In order for Naturally Serious to process your returned item(s) from NaturallySeriousSkin.com, you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
