What is the cancellations policy?
If you would like to cancel your order before it is sent out please contact them by email email@example.com or telephone 020 7613 4616 If your order has already been dispatched then they are unable to cancel your delivery, however, you can still return your items for a full refund.
What is the returns for refunds or exchanges policy?
If you are not happy with your products for any reason they may be returned for a full refund or exchange:
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order
You have 28 days of receipt of your order to return the goods to them (address below)
They cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches them. The cost of returning the item to them is your responsibility.
They will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, you should contact them by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 020 7613 4616 on the same day if you wish to return the item.
