What is the payment method?
Planet Organic accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I return an item?
If you decide you don’t want any item in your order you can return it to them within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and they will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
What to do if I received a damaged product?
Whilst they try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then they will issue a replacement product free of charge.
What If I’m Not Home?
For fresh items, you can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions on where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery they recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery. For other items, they use DPD for delivery within the UK. When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that DPD tried to deliver it. An attempt will then automatically be made to deliver it to you on the next working day. On the card will be instructions on the other options available to collect your parcel, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a different address, and collecting from your local post office.
