What shipping services do you use?
They ship all parcel via eParcel with tracking and signature on delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Postage is a $5 Flat Rate and Express Postage is a $9 Flat Rate. Orders over $40 are eligible for free standard shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation) it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks, reach out to them to make sure it's been processed fully or contact your bank for a status update.
How do I return a popsockets Grip or Mount?
To return your product, you should mail your product to Product Link Distributions PTY LTD, Locked Bag 948, Gisborne, 3437 Victoria AUS
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All items must be returned in original condition, undamaged and packaged in the original package to obtain approval for a refund.
As soon as your returned item gets to them and approve the refund they'll issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
