When Will I Receive My Order?
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) and delays that their carriers may experience. For this reason, they do not guarantee the exact delivery time.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status in real-time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our Production Team where they will ship your item(s) within 2-10 business days to your corresponding email.
I’ve Placed An Order With Multiple Items Will They Arrive At The Same Time?
*Some of their products actually ship from different warehouses so when you order multiple items at a time some of their items are shipped separately. They try their best to reduce costs on your end so that you don’t have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items.
*If you get one item before the others, RELAX and DON’T WORRY! They will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.
*When your order is still undelivered, please rest assured as they have fully insured your packages so any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.
How can I place the order?
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact their Customer Support and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
