How soon will I get my order?
Orders placed within the 48 contiguous states are typically processed and shipped within 7 – 10 business days of receipt. International orders and those placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands may take 4 – 6 weeks. For expedited shipping, upgrade to ‘Express shipping’ for an additional charge.
Is sales tax added to my order?
Sales tax rates vary by state. Applicable tax may be charged at order checkout.
How can I receive a catalogue in the mail?
Click on the “FREE CATALOG” option on the navigation bar to be added to our mailing list. Include your email address to receive notification of special sales, events and promotions.
Can I place an order without “Setting up an Account”?
Yes, By registering as a guest, you are not required to set up an account. Checking out as a guest will not allow you to save your billing or shipping information for future orders. Create a ‘My Account’ profile to expedite the ordering process. If you still wish to checkout without registering, click on the option that says “Click Here to purchase as a guest” option on the Checkout Page.
What if I receive damaged/defective item?
Customers with damaged or defective merchandise can, within thirty (30) days of purchase, notify their Customer Care Specialists to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization to return any eligible product. Once the damaged or defective merchandise is received to Precious Moments, at your choice, they will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, or send a replacement item. A Return Merchandise Authorization must accompany the damaged or defective product along with all original packaging.
