Prenatal accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
When will my order be delivered to your home?
Due to the high demand for orders, delivery times can be longer than you are used to from Prenatal. At the top of every page of their website and during checkout you will see the current delivery time when you place an order. You will receive an email with a track & trace code when they send your package with the expected delivery day.
Can I track my package with a Track & Trace code?
You will receive a Track & Trace code from Prenatal by email. With this, you can track the package. You may receive several emails from them with different Track & Trace codes. Some packages are sent in multiple parts, so you receive multiple packages.
How can I exchange?
It may happen that your purchase is not quite what you expected, or that the size is not right. You can therefore return items that you have purchased through a Prenatal webshop. You can return for a fee via their PO box number at a PostNL post office or for free in the store. When you choose to return your order via PostNL, the normal costs for sending a package will be charged.
What is the return policy?
You can choose to notify Prenatal in advance, after which you have another 30 days from that moment to return the product in question. If you do not inform them in advance, you must return the products to them within the first period of 14 days. You will receive a delivery and return slip with every delivery. To make use of your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send only the return form. You can also use the European model withdrawal form fill in and indicate that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal. However, you are not obliged to use this form, because the right of withdrawal also applies without.
What is the refund policy?
Your purchase amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. If you return your entire order, you will also receive any paid shipping costs for the outward shipment. Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you used to pay for the order.
